My journey thus far

FET #2, Starting October 26, 2014

Birth Control Pills: 10/26-11/12

Lupron 20 units: 11/12-11/17

Vivelle Patch (dosage is varying):11/17-

Lupron 10 units: 11/18-12/3

Delestrogen 40mg, 0.10 ml twice a week: 11/18-

PIO shots 100mg daily: 12/4-

Transfer of 2 blasts: 12/9

1st Beta: 12/16

FET #1, Starting August 13, 2014

Birth Control Pills: 8/13-9/16
Sonohysterosalpingogram: 8/15

Hysteroscopy: 8/26

Lupron 20 units: 9/12-9/19

Vivelle Patch (dosage is varying): 9/19-10/17

Lupron 10 units: 9/20-10/3

Estrace 2mg vaginally 3xday: 9/20-10/17

PIO shots 100mg daily- 10/5-10/17

Transfer of 2 blasts- 10/10

1st Beta: 10/17- negative

History of TTC

7/2006: married! DH 29, ME 31
11/2006: off the pill, not really trying, but not really NOT trying.
4/2007: visit with OB: bloodwork ordered: all is normal! yes! On prenatals, officially TTC!
11/2007: Mid-cycle spotting? Vaginal ultrasound: all looks normal. Prescribed pro.metrium and progesterone bloodwork: all is normal!
1/2008-12/2008: trying, but not charting or temping regularly.
1/2009: turn 34! It's official: TTC or bust: temping, charting, etc. DH sperm all good.
1/2009-8/2009: cycles all normal; ovulation kits working, charting shows temp shift, normal cycles (27-32 days, 14-17 luetal phase) and NOTHING BUT BFN!
OB orders bloodwork: all is fine again, orders HSG
HSG shows one tube bad, one tube good. Radiologist spews something about tipped uterus, weird looking uterus.
10/2009: referred to an RE

11/4/2009: RE dx severe menorrhagia and endo. Lap and hysteroscope scheduled for 12/10/2009.
12/10/2009: Lap shows minimal endo, hysteroscopy allowed fibroids and polyps to be cleared out. Right fallopian tube blocked, left open! RE follow up on 12/23. TTC soon!
12/23/2009: follow-up..all good now, time to TTC with clomid/meno.pur.
1/6/2010: change of plans--following traditional Chinese medicine route starting today. Acupuncture, dietary changes, and possible herbs. I am excited!

5/13/2010: IUI with Clomid and Menopur, swimmers 22.5 million post-wash, 86% motility, 3, maybe 4 follies.
5/27/2010: BFN
6/2010: Cycle cancelled. On BCP for 2 weeks.
6/28/2010: IUI #2 with Clomid and Menopur, 4-6 follies, swimmers 1.7 million post-wash (yikes! bad bad bad)
7/12/2010: BFN
7/13/2010: Sink into major depression, TTC naturally now

10/13/2010: IVF consult
10/20/2010: sonohysterogram shows polyp returns. Hysteroscopy scheduled for 10/28 to zap her out.

IVF #1
11/20/2010: begin BC pills
12/2/2010: CD bloodwork and monitoring
12/2-12/5: begin 225 Menopur and 225 Bravelle
12/6: 225 Menopur, 150 Bravelle, 75 Follistim
12/7-12/10: 225 Menopur, 225 Follistim
12/11: 225 Menopur, 150 Bravelle, 1 shot Ganirelex
12/12: 225 Menopur, 75 Bravelle, 1 shot Ganirelex
12/13: HCG trigger!
12/15: Egg retrieval-retrieved 11 eggs
12/15: Begin taking tetracycline 4 times a day for four days and Medrol 16mg for four days

12/16: Got the call that 10 fertilized!
12/17: Blood flow ultrasound
12/18:Waiting for call from RE to update the egg status, but the call never happens!
12/20: 5 day transfer of 2 perfect blasts
12/21: got the call they I have 5 frozens blasts! Five!!

12/23: 3dP5dt first faint BFP on internet cheapie test

12/24-12/26: POAS all positive
12/27: 7dp5dt beta=197

12/29: 9dp5dt beta=438

first U/S: two sacs!
second U/S: three heartbeats! aye!!
